• The pairings will be determined by the tournament organizer.

• The schedule is subject to change without notice, depending on the progress of the Major.

• The awards ceremony will take place during the Major Awards Ceremony on Friday, the 8th.

■ Registration period

July 15 - Noon, August 6

■ Eligibility

Anyone can participate.

■ Minimum number of pairs required

• 20 pairs

• If the number of registered pairs does not reach 20 by July 25th, the event may be cancelled.

■ Fee

10,000 yen (pair, tax included)

• Food and drinks are not included.

• Please pay at the golf course front desk after play.

■ Prizes

Medals and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (TBD)

■ Format

• 18-hole stroke play by foursomes. 9 holes on the first day and 9 holes on the next day.

• No substitution allowed.

• Tee: Senior tee.

• FIFG rules and the local rules apply.

• In the event of a tie for 1st to 3rd place, the following tiebreakers will be used:

  • The score on the back 9 holes.

  • If still tied, the score over the last 6 holes.

  • If still tied, the score over the last 3 holes.

  • If still tied, the score on the final hole.

  • If still tied, the winner is decided by a coin toss.

• If a player or team is injured during the match and unable to continue, the pair will be considered to have withdrawn..

• If the organizer determines that the tournament cannot continue due to circumstances affecting the progress of the Major—such as weather, sunset, safety concerns, or other reasons—the event will be cancelled.

■ Pair composition

• Pair composition is open to all categories, including men, women, seniors, and senior+ players.

• Please play with the same pair on both days.

• Caddies are allowed.

■Notes

• Please note that if the event is shortened, postponed, or cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as severe weather, earthquakes, wind and flood damage, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc., the player's expenses, including accommodation and transportation, will not be paid.

• Only the applicant is allowed to play.

• Please refrain from using soccer balls (Passing, kicking, lifting, etc.) in the clubhouse, parking lot, or other areas off the course for consideration of other customers.

• Please observe other manners on the golf course.

• Media may be on site, and the event may be posted on the organiser's and media's social media sites, etc.

• False declarations of names, ages, gender, addresses, and records are not allowed.

• Please follow the instructions of the organizer regarding the tournament.

• Portrait rights for this tournament belong to the organizer and will be managed in accordance with the organizer's regulations.

• Anti-social organizations and those who are considered to be related to them are not allowed to participate.

■Disclaimer

• The organiser is not responsible for illness, injury, loss or other accidents on the golf course.

• The organiser is not responsible for late arrivals due to public transportation or road conditions.

• Except for cancellations made during the registration period, no refund for the entry fee will be accepted for any reason not attributable to the organiser, including cancellations made by the players themselves.
