Anti-Doping Certificate Requirement for FIFG Major

Federation for International FootGolf has requested that all players participating in FIFG Majors and higher-level tournaments are required to obtain an anti-doping certificate from 2025. Completing the test is mandatory to play.

So, please complete the course available at the following link.

And once completed, each player must send the certificate of completion to their national federation.

For INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS, please send the document to the organization you belong.

For Japanese players, please send the document to: japanfootgolf@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE that players who do not submit this document will not be allowed to play at the FIFG WORLD TOUR JAPAN FOOTGOLF INTERNATIONAL OPEN 2025 supported by SAPPORO.

Players who have already completed the test and sent it to the organization do not need to do it again.
