92 players (total across all categories)
First come, first served. A waitlist will be available once capacity is reached.
●Eligibility
Must be a 2025 World Tour licensed player.
18 years or older (Minors require parental consent).
●Registration Period
Period A: March 20, 2025 (Wed) 00:00 – April 10, 2025 (Thu) JST
Period B: March 30, 2025 (Sun) 00:00 – April 10, 2025 (Thu) JST
- Period A is open to top-ranked players in the World rankings at the start of registration (Men: Top 100, Senior: Top 75, Senior+ : Top 50, Women: Top 50).
- Period B is open to all players.
- If an ineligible player applies during Period A, the application will be canceled.
- Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, a waiting list will be available.
●Entry Fee
Adults: 26,000 JPY (tax included)
Students: 16,000 JPY (tax included)
Notes:
- Students must present valid student identification.
- Includes FootGolf 36-hole play fee, tournament participation fee, and facility usage fee.
- Does not include food and beverages.
- Locker rental is available for 550 JPY/day (tax included).
- Only credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) are available at the time of application.
- No payment methods other than credit card are accepted.
- The "Download Ticket" button on the registration page is unnecessary for this event.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations after the registration period.
- No refunds will be available for the reduced, postponed, or canceled event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as stormy weather, earthquake, wind and flood damage, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc. No payment will be available for the participants' expenses, such as accommodation and transportation in such cases.
●Cancellation Policy
Only the refund (excluding a 3.6% transaction fee and bank transfer fees) during the registration period will be available.
●Prizes
- Men's Champion: 60,000 JPY + 1 case of Sapporo Black Label Beer
- Senior Champion: 40,000 JPY + 1 case of Sapporo Black Label Beer
- Senior+ Champion: 20,000 JPY + 1 case of Sapporo Black Label Beer
- Women's Champion: 20,000 JPY + 1 case of Sapporo Black Label Beer
●Competition Format
- 36-hole stroke play, following FIFG rules and tournament regulations.
- Players must review FIFG rules prior to the event.
●Competition Rules
- Divisions: Men, Senior, Senior+, and Women.
- Players must compete in the category selected during 2025 player registration.
- Men will use Men's Tees, Seniors/Senior+ will use Senior Tees, and Women will use Ladies' Tees.
- Each category will have separate awards.
- Players must be licensed with JFGA before the tournament to earn Japan Tour ranking points. To become a licensed player, please check the details and complete the payment of the registration fee at least one week before the tournament.
- Non-licensed players at the time of competition will not receive ranking points.
●Practice Rounds
Please contact the golf course directly.
●Dress Code
- Follow the dress code of the golf course.
- Players must comply with instructions from the organizer and course staff.
- Upper body: Golf attire or collared polo shirts.
- Lower body: Shorts with knee-high socks are recommended.
- Prohibited Attire: Jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, sandals, tracksuits, soccer cleats.
●Notes
- Except for cancellations made during the registration period, no refund for the entry fee will be accepted for any reason not attributable to the organizer, including cancellations made by the players themselves.
- Please note that if the event is shortened, postponed, or cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as severe weather, earthquakes, wind and flood damage, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc., the entry fee will not be refunded, nor will the player's expenses, including accommodation and transportation, be paid.
- Please bring your photo ID.
- Only the applicant is allowed to play.
- Please refrain from using soccer balls (Passing, kicking, lifting, etc.) in the club house, parking lot, or other areas off the course for consideration of other customers.
- Please observe other manners on the golf course.
- Media may be on site and the event may be posted on the organizer and media's social media sites etc,.
- False declarations of names, ages, gender, addresses, and records are not allowed.
- Please follow the instructions of the organizer regarding the tournament.
- Portrait rights for this tournament belong to the organizer and will be managed in accordance with the organizer regulations.
- Anti-social organizations and those who are considered to be related to them are not allowed to participate.
●Disclaimer
- The organizer is not responsible for illness, injury, loss or other accidents on the golf course.
- The organizer is not responsible for late arrivals due to public transportation or road conditions.
- Except for cancellations made during the registration period, no refund for the entry fee will be accepted for any reason not attributable to the organizer, including cancellations made by the players themselves.
