• Students must present valid student identification.

• Includes FootGolf 54-hole play fee, practice round fee, tournament participation fee, lunch meals for 3 days (Tournament days), Welcome party food and drink fee, Award ceremony snacks and drinks fee, and facility usage fee.

• Only credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) are available at the time of application.

• No payment methods other than credit cards are accepted.

• The "Download Ticket" button on the registration page is unnecessary for this event.

• No refunds will be available for cancellations after the registration period.

• No refunds will be available for the reduced, postponed, or canceled event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, such as stormy weather, earthquake, wind and flood damage, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc. No payment will be available for the participants' expenses, such as accommodation and transportation in such cases.

• Only the refund (excluding a 3.6% transaction fee and bank transfer fees) during the registration period will be available.

3 days of 54-hole stroke play. No cut. In the case of a tie in 1st place after the final round, the 3-hole playoff stroke play will be played.

• Played entirely under the Rules of the FIFG and the local rule given by the tournament committee.

• Divisions: Men, Senior, Senior+, and Women. Players must compete in the category selected during player registration in 2025.

• Men will use Men's Tees, Seniors/Senior+ will use Senior Tees, and Women will use Ladies' Tees.

• Each category will have separate awards.

• Players must be licensed with JFGA before the tournament to earn Japan Tour ranking points. To become a licensed player, please check the details and complete the payment of the registration fee at least one week before the tournament.

• Non-licensed players at the time of competition will not receive ranking points.

Please show up for the registration at the reception at the clubhouse from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 5th. If you do not register within the specified time, your registration will be canceled.

• Portrait rights for this tournament belong to the organizer and will be managed in accordance with the organizer's regulations.

• Anti-social organizations and those who are considered to be related to them are not allowed to participate.

• The organizer is not responsible for illness, injury, loss or other accidents on the golf course.

• The organizer is not responsible for late arrivals due to public transportation or road conditions.
